    Reset the date on your computer for 8 days ahead then erase old logs, then set it back. A reset button would be easier but this works better than erasing individual entries when you have to.

    It makes sense unless you don't actually do it, then you would be falsifying your logbook. So I wouldn't tell D.O.T you did it to break up a 34 hour restart.

    The 15 minute on duty works but you shouldn't have to do that. Should be a pop up window asking you if you want to restart.
