    I keep the whole stack together, and show the officer the stack, then I ask what is the cutoff day that he would like to see. Then give him those days.
    They are not allowed to ask to see more than the 8 days. But if you offer them to him, he can look at them, and if he can find anything wrong in the other days, he can cite you.

    My office uses PDF's. and our brokers all use PDF's.
