have it were DOT can only inspect the last 8 days and no more. Alot of the other programs allow you to do that.....

you can work this log book program just like loose leaf if you keep your fuel ticket on the proper time and date everything you wish for will only add cost to the purchase of a really well operating
program . you only need to think outside the box and check for errors when you make changes use some common scents and all will be fine have a safe day driver -

The way it is now DOT can go back as far as they want and we can't do anything about it......That means more money out of our pockets... Something needs to be done...

It is not legal to present your Eclipse program to an officer and refer to it as an e-log. Eclipse does NOT qualify as an e-log because it is not connected to your trucks computer to monitor your actual driving. You are required, by DOT regulation, to print out the logs and have them available for the officer to inspect just as you would any other paper log. While many officers may see your print-outs and refer to them as e-logs, their misunderstanding is our gain. However, there are a few out there who know better and you WILL get a citation for "no log book" some day if you don't present printed copies.
