You should be able to print multiple copies. It's not part of the logbook program. It's built into the printer software. Click on the Advanced button that shows up on the window where you can choose the date range.

When you print your printer usually give a choice for more than one copy

Select your printer then properties and you can chose the number of copies needed.

This is already in place. when you select print, then at the top it selects your printer, to the right of that is properties, click it and select how many copies you would like.
