About 70% of our drivers get this wrong. They see the "Submittted to Carrier" checkbox, and think it says "Submit to Carrier". They think that by checking that box, they have submitted the log. Of course what checking the box actually does is prevent the log from being sent by Certified Fax later.

I think it would avoid confusion if it was a bit less visible or maybe just re-named something like "This log has already been submitted".
